  1. With your lips firmly together, draw them towards your nose. Hold for five seconds then relax.
  2. Keep your lips and teeth pressed together, then smile as broad as you can. Hold that smile for five seconds then relax.
  3. Draw your lips in a kissing position, as hard as possible. Hold it to a count of five, then relax.
  4. Pucker your lips as far out as possible. While trying to touch your nose with the upper lip, aim for your chin with the lower lip.

  6. When you sit up, tilt your head back with your mouth closed, but relaxed. Try sharp your lower lip over your upper lip, as far as you can. Hold it for a count of five, then relax and repeat five times.
  7. As you sit upright, turn your head gradually to the right, your chin kept level until you feel your neck stretching. Hold it for five seconds, then relax and return your head to to its general position. Do the same stretch while turning to the left. Repeat five times.
